What we have done for Maryland
K-12 Web presentation since 1996
From the inception of the Maryland School Data Presentation on Internet, Sligo has worked on and helped developed the two Maryland school data reporting sites. These sites present comprehensive data analysis for Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Adherance to the No Child Left Behind Law has been a more recent component of our work for Maryland. In 2005/2006 we completed a transition from the older ASP codebase to the .NET platform.
Our work on these two sites has helped Maryland become the nation's leader in standards and accountability.
Maryland School Performance Report website reflects 'Report Card' style information for each of the 1300+ schools in Maryland and it has averaged around 400,000 hits per month since December 1998, topping 1 million hits in February 2002.
School Improvement In Maryland website has averaged around 500,000 hits per month since December 1998, topping 2.5 million hits in February 2001.
