What we have done for Minnesota
Extending our services
In February 2001 we began the Minnesota web site, working in partnership with NCREL (the North Central Regional Educational Lab) and the Minnesota Department of Children, Families and Learning. Since 2002 we have been working directly with Minnesota.
In 2003 Minnesota made a name transition to the Department of Education, and brought the CLASS work we had done in-house. The site is based on J2EE (Java and JSP), which allowed us to take advantage of a significant new graphing approach and to come up to speed on the full range of Java related programming tools.
A substantial data analysis section of the Minnesota web site was launched in January 2002, and recently we have been exploring how to further extend the functionality through using OLAP and other advanced technologies.
